European Health Insurance Card

As an Irish resident it is you entitlement to apply for an EHIC card to gain access to health care in countries of the Europen Union (EU).

Until recently you needed an E11 or an E128 to gain access to this healthcare program. This has now been replaced with the EHIC card and one EHIC card is now required for each independent member of the family.
